We are an ISO 9001 certified 3rd party repair company supporting over 50,000 part numbers covering major brands of Voice, Video, Data, Broadband, Switching, Power, Optical Wireline and Wireless equipment.

All repairs are fully functional tested in a live network environment to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Our highly experienced in-house engineers develop specific component level change notices on all products to ensure repairs “extend the life of your network”. We not only replace failed components, we identify components with a historical mean-time-to failure that could fail in the future. Our OBF (Out of Box Failure) rate is less than 1%.
